Right of withdrawal

You have the right to exercise your right of withdrawal within fourteen days without giving any reason.

This is a service contract which entitles us to act for you as a real estate agent in so far as we provide you with more detailed documentation and information on the requested property and, if you wish, to conduct an inspection of the requested property – free of charge, of course.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us, company Wolf REAL ESTATE, Bodenseestr. 73c, 81243 München, Telefon: 0049 (0)89 / 820 40 670, Telefax: 0049 (0) 89 / 820 40 671, Email: info@wolf-immobilien.online, by means of a clear written statement about your decision to revoke this contract.

For a revocation you can use e.g. the following text: “I hereby revoke the distribution agreement of …”.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we must return to you all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.

If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

The service offered by us (information about the object, object documents, inspection) is free of charge.

A commission is only due if it comes to a proof or a mediation of an opportunity for the conclusion of a main contract, i.e. only if the real estate proven or mediated by us is bought or rented. In this case, the commission stated in the exposé applies.
